Quality

Lilian von Trapp's jewelry pieces are handmade by our goldsmiths in Berlin and Pforzheim and are of the highest quality. Our materials – recycled gold and platinum, vintage diamonds, colored vintage gemstones, and Diamond Foundry diamonds – are carefully selected and tested by us. Both the craftsmanship and the properties of the materials ensure that each piece is unique. Like in nature, each piece of jewelry and every vintage diamond differ minimally in shape and color due to their uniqueness.

We take exclusive time for our customers and arrange appointments for consultations. Do you have the opportunity to come to our studio? Shipping

Within Germany, we ship our jewelry insured and free of charge for our customers. Within the EU, the shipping fee is €10 per tour, for the UK, USA, and Canada €40. We are happy to deliver to other destinations after consultation. Contact us for an individual solution.

Care Instructions

Lilian von Trapp's jewelry pieces are timeless and made from solid, recycled gold or platinum as well as vintage diamonds or colored vintage gemstones or with Diamond Foundry diamonds. To enjoy these precious pieces for a long time, it is important to treat and care for them correctly.

Gold is a relatively soft precious metal that changes its properties by alloying. In our alloys, the gold is harder and more resistant. Nevertheless, scratches can occur when wearing a piece or other signs of wear can become visible. Jewelry should not be placed on hard surfaces to avoid scratches. We recommend removing rings or chains before sports. Rings should not be worn when swimming, as the coolness of the water makes the fingers narrower, so a ring can be lost easily. Chlorinated water can cause a surface to lose its shine.

Jewelry should also be removed when using rich creams. To refresh the shine, jewelry can be gently cleaned with a little lukewarm water and soap. A soft polishing cloth, especially for jewelry, is also recommended.

Changes | Exchange | Return

Should a piece of jewelry not fit or you unexpectedly do not like it, we ask for the earliest possible feedback. We will adjust the size for you. Pieces from our fixed collection can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Please note that pieces for a return should only have been worn for fitting and must not show any damage.
