A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (vT concept GmbH, Kurfürstenstraße 17, 10785 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: +49 30 26934519, Email: client@lilianvontrapp.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no influence and which may occur within the cancellation period.
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
